No. All Dad's Crafts products are supplied fully assembled and ready to use. This includes liners and all other features. The only exceptions are the trellis planters which are supplied in two pieces and require 4 supplied bolts to be fitted, securing the trellis and the base together.

All ponds and water features are lined with a non-toxic flexible liner that is completely safe for fish and wildlife. The type of liner varies dependant on the model - high quality, laminated, tear resistant HDPE liners are fitted to most items. For ponds with fitted windows the liner is a heavyweight EPDM liner. All liners are rated for 25 years plus. The size and species of fish you plan to keep will have a bearing on which size pond is most suitable for them. Please ensure you purchase one with adequate space to ensure your pets have the ideal environment! Keeping fish does require some basic equipment such as a pond filter to keep the water in good condition and your fishy friends healthy. This will also keep the water clear, maximising you enjoyment of the pond.

Almost all of our product prices include delivery to mainland UK. Some of the largest items do not include shipping due to variations in costs depending on destination but delivery of these items can be arranged. For a quote on these items please get in touch and we'll find you the best rate possible.

As our business grows we hope to be able to ship to more and more destinations. We now use FedEx for many of our deliveries and they do offer services worldwide. If you would like a quote on the costs of delivery beyond mainland UK please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Although we endeavour to send all orders out as quickly as possible, our carefully hand-crafted products do take some time to build and, due to the large range we offer, all products are built to order to avoid large storage requirements. This means that dispatch can be up to three weeks after the order is placed (in some custom build cases this can be longer - this will be advised at the time of ordering). Once dispatched, most items are delivered on a 48 hour service. With larger items delivery can take from two days to two weeks depending on the destination (more rural and remote areas take longer as they are covered less frequently by specialist couriers).
